I was interested in a consultation for old acne scarring but at the same time quite nervous. From my first phone conversation to meeting with Michelle and then Dr. Sajic, I was made to feel at ease. Everyone I spoke to or met was genuine, and pleasant. There was no pressure for purchasing product or treatments. The consultation was informative of my options, outlining possible treatments or procedures and open to me asking questions. Dr. Sajic addressed other skin concerns I had, and Michelle provided me with suggestions of simple over the counter treatments to use. We even discussed aging and hormones as I am in my 50s. I had extensive laser treatment of my face and the top of my head. At all times, the staff was knowledgeable, helpful patient and understanding. Dr. Sajic and Tamara (laser technician) were incredibly attentive and kind throughout my acne scar treatment plan. My treatment was highly personalized (laser resurfacing, TCA cross, punch incision, and prescriptions) for the best results over three sessions. As a person of colour who has been wary of laser treatments and TCA cross risks for darker complexions, I felt fully confident in their care. They always answered my questions clearly, listened to and addressed my concerns about potential risks, and explained each step so I felt comfortable. My skin has shown fantastic progress and promise after treatment, and the before-and-after photos show how much progress there has been after each session! I am very thankful of their care!
